Think twice before purchasing a machine from them. The RAS technical support is Probably the worst I’ve ever dealt with my entire life. They finally called me back this morning. It was the same person that I talked to when I called in that forwarded me to voicemail. She told me you’re not the owner of the machine, so we can’t help you. I will revise my review…buy RAS if you don’t really need the machine (I.e. it can break down and you can afford to wait an extended period of time to get it working) and don’t really want to get much out of it when it comes time to sell it.

This company's phone system support is a hoke of a plan. They charge 150 for the first hour and then 150 per 15 minutes per hour after that. Incredibly selfish and I will never purchase a new machine from this company. They just charged me 65 for a Allen wrench plus shipping. Hopefully it's made out of titanium.

The folder is great. The after support is not. BUT WAIT, THERE IS MORE! You can buy a subscription where you can then talk to a person that hopefully knows what they are talking about. OR you can pay their hourly rate to talk to someone. They have no manuals that will help you install the parts that you just bought FROM THEM! But wait, you can pay a subscription to have the ability to talk to someone that can walk you through even though the environment you are working in is a SHOP and is loud but I guess they do not care enough to make manuals on how to replace their parts. Guess I will figure it out myself. TLDR: Dont buy from RAS if you want support that is not expensive and no manuals on repair.

Their specialized machines for bending, cutting, and forming are not just efficient; they're game-changers. The cost and time savings they bring are unmatched.
