Disgusted with this company. We moved over 700mi to what was supposed to be a beautiful clean townhome “luxury living” in one of their developments “Beaumont Oaks” in NC. I moved to be closer to my work and had a great deal! So I thought! Bait and switch tactics, false advertisement, misleading information. I have emails recordings voicemails you name it proving they tricked us into signing a lease over $500 more a month than we were promised. We have been trying to resolve this for over 7 weeks with no returned emails and a representative from their new property management said flat out “well why are you paying it then?” Are you serious!? Because you threatened to evict us before we were even late! We have had no choice and are stuck in a lease not to mention the cockroach Infestation they were VERY aware of and my children are now forced to live in disgusting unsanitary conditions on top of paying way more than we were promised with no way out. Disgusting predatory leasing tactics. They should be ashamed of themselves. Writing up leases higher than what was promised to make it look like their properties are worth more to investors. We tried for weeks to come to a resolution they could care less!

I have had an absolutely horrific experience with RAS realty. To sum up RAS realty briefly I would describe the team as “corporate slum lords”. Not only does RAS Realty not take care of their properties, their property mangers and team are unknowledgeable. I have been living in Millennium Apartments which is one of the properties managed by RAS realty that is infested in mold. My fiancé and I have been unable to get ahold of any one from RAS to speak about the mold infestation that has caused my dog, fiancé and I to become sick. I had to pay out of pocket for a mold assessment since RAS realty apparently doesn’t seem mold in the dry wall as an issue. I have sent emails and voicemails nearly daily without a response. Save yourself your money and sanity and never live in a property manager by RAS Realty.

Horrible!! I have been trying to talk to someone for days now and my call does not go through. How does one get help or communicate concerns about the Robert Horrible and luck of customer service
