Tried calling over a period of three days no reply ,no option to leave a message via voicemail , so contacted through website contact form still no reply .So assume the company is no longer trading which is a shame as reviews looked very good.

The one star is pending as I am waiting to hear back from R.A.S Machinery Ltd about the return of a faulty OLEO MAC lawnmower. The machine is faulty and they don't appear to be happy to exchange or refund preferring to tell me I have to get a repair, something I know is contrary to my statutory rights. This is a typically Italian approach to customer service but we are not in Italy we are in the UK. I trust I will be able to update this review with a five star resolution .... for those of you thinking of buying OLEO MAC ... you have been warned! Luisa

Totally worth a mention and definitely recommend Ross to other local tradesman. Having had kit in other local repair shops for months RAS Machinery was a breath of fresh air. Quick turnaround and cost effective repairs with upfront costings so you know what you are going to get!

Ross now looks after all of our kit from chainsaws, cut-saws and blowers to generators, wacker plates and chippers. If it isn’t cost effective to fix Ross will source a suitable quality replacement backed by an excellent 2 year guarantee on the new kit.

Also great to pop into the shop for oil, gloves, rakes etc or any other kit you need straight away.

Great Service from RAS Machinery. Speedy and cost effective.
