RAS completed my ground floor extension, garage conversion and general renovation in March 2024. They promised that I would be 100% happy and to my surprise they actually delivered (even to my high standards!).

The builders, plumbers and carpenters were very helpful, professional, tidy and polite. The neighbours were happy too.

The site manager, Andrei, was very knowledgeable on electrics, plumbing, Joinery and building works (even the building inspector was impressed). The carpenters were particularly brilliant and clearly cared about getting a quality finish.

We engaged RAS to do pretty much everything that needed doing (installing the front door, windows, tiling and even a herringbone floor with a bespoke brass trim). Our only regret is not asking RAS to install the kitchen as they would have done a better job and in half the time of our kitchen supplier's fitter. RAS was experienced in all aspects of work that we wanted (including a mega flo boiler system, underfloor heating and GRP roofing).

All queries were answered promptly and we were so impressed that we ended up asking them to renovate the first floor and garden too (bathrooms, stairs, bedrooms and a patio).

They predicted 7 months for the ground floor and we ended up finishing both the ground floor and first floor in 6 months.

Would highly recommend (and have already recommended to my friends and neighbours). We ended up with a beautiful luxury home and had a trustworthy and reliable team.

It isn't always you can say builders are a pleasure to work with, but it really has been a pleasure. Sorin provided a competitive and detailed quote. Andrei is an excellent project manager, right people and materials on site every day, no delays. He was also mindful and considerate of us living in the house during the entire project - kids and new baby too! And the team showed up every single day, on time, and got the work done. Quality of the work is excellent - both the sleek modern finish in the extension and the attention to detail in the Victorian refurb with all the original features. Having seen other work by RAS for friends and neighbours (extension, refurb, and loft), their work is consistently high quality, on budget, on time, pleasant and professional to deal with, and I've had no hesitation recommending them to friends and family.

Sorin provided us with a comprehensive and detailed quote and visited us several times to discuss our planned renovations prior to the start. This gave us the confidence to use his company. Andrei and his team worked quickly and to a high standard to deliver our project on time and within budget. All aspects of the work (including floor excavations, carpentry, bricklaying, structural work (steel beam), plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, plumbing and electrical work) were done to a high standard.
