This is to let you know that your company is doing such fraudulent activities that you guys should be barred from using the term "luxury". I will be lodging a customer complaint.

You sent wrong product and then even if it was used twice, you decided to pick it all up and will give that used product to other customers. Even after me suggesting to empty the bottle in front of me and take it ( I don't want to use it) you still insisted to take the bottle properly along with jade roller and have no shame to give it other Customer.

You claim to give complimentary products worth 4200 whereas if you add mrp it totals to 3900. False claims. Why ?

Wait till you guys go down. Taking down every negative comment on social media can't save you any longer. Your every fb ad is filled with people complaining and on instagram no comments on your post..why? Bcz you guys delete the truth which is exposing your reality.

Customer service is horribly pathetic and rude.
And out of fear .. not to give the right product but may be a delayed refund is a total mental harassment.

You bought so many influencers but they won't save you.

Such a fraud.. they had showed 2200 face kit in offer price and sent only 8gm of each product as a sample. They should have shown clearly what is the quantity of each product in the display of their website. Don't use such strategy to increase sell of your products. You should have simply said Trial kit, then I would have thought whether to buy it or not. Very unethical.

Yeah, I agree, communication with customer is pathetic and delivery is also slow..... But .... But but.... There product quality is just A-ma-zing!!!
I'm using Ras luxury's body lotion - nourish.. it is non sticky and very hydrating with a very faint aroma... Very clean and natural ingredients are used in making of their products.
Next, I'm using there kumkumadi oil... That is also very light weight, nourishing oil....
Also , their lip tints are very smooth and hydrating on lips , though they are transfer proof as no harmful chemicals has been used.
Their products are on experience side .. maybe because they provide product made of all natural ingredients .... But the price justify their products quality and packaging.
Ras luxury's should improve their communication with the customers as that the only thing that is holding this amazing company.

Product is grainy and flaky. Used it earlier too, it was a smooth balm. Scary to see this product in this form. Please review your quality check team. This is about skin after all. it’s January 2024 product. Unopened and not expired product. Request you to replace or refund the money. Have sent you an email as well. The team says it cannot be refunded nor product can be replaced. Girl tribe be wary of the products from this cheap company RAS
