Paid 2000 for first amazon shoot. They said it's free but after clicking pictures they didn't send us any kid shoot pictures. After paying 2000 you will get the Link of advertisement they said. After that they said our kid is selected for so called famous brands for that we have to create portfolio for portfolio they said for standard package 25,000 +Gst and for Platinum package 35,000+Gst. This was on 20 January 2023. Now they increase more amount. I spoke to other mothers who took portfolios package by paying amount she didn't get any paid advertisement. She spent 1 to 2 lacs till now. I don't trust so I discontinued.

Hi.. i registered my kid for this media.. for providing me a link for amazon platform.. they promised us within 15 days.. but it took them more than 1 month and finally the pics were really bad.. they didnot even bother to check whether the kid is giving correct pose or not.. just clicked few random pics and posted them.. completely disappointed.

SCAM ALERT!!!
I had a terrible experience with RAS Media and Entertainment. They shot an advertisement for my 3-month-old baby in June 2024 at Chennai, and I paid a service fee of ₹3,000. It has now been a year, and they have not provided the promised link despite my repeated follow-ups—calling them every week and every month.

Now, they have shut down their Chennai office and are completely unresponsive on mobile. This company is nothing but a scam! Beware and do not trust them. Avoid dealing with them to prevent losing your hard-earned money.

Very disappointed with their staff and the way of responding. We have paid for a portfolio photoshoot on April 2023 and it's completing 2 years and there was still one pending photoshoot even though I am contacting them there was no response from their side.

Do not trust and spend money on this platform.

An employee named Ms. ‘YESASWINI’ called me on Dec 4th, 2024 asking for my Baby Boy’s photo for Amazon photoshoot. I initially hesitated to provide since I thought it was a fake prank call. She again called me back and requested for photos.

I have provided 3 photos of my Baby where after she called me and said that my Baby was selected for Amazon photoshoot. She informed that the photoshoot will be on following day which is Dec 5th, 2024 at the cost of 999Rs.

Myself, Baby along with my parents have visited for the photoshoot on Dec 5th, 2024.
Photoshoot was finished that mid afternoon.
Post photoshoot, Ms. ‘Yesaswini’ called us into a cabin wherein she has explained about ‘Premium Photoshoot Coverages’ for Brand Photoshoots.

We have listened to her and initially hesitated to pay for the same. But somehow she requested alot to pay for basic photoshoot coverage. She has quoted 25,000 with GST whereas we have negotiated it to 20,000Rs.
She asked us to pay right away for which we again hesitated since we thought of taking sometime to take a decision. She sincerely requested alot to pay the amount even when we are leaving, and so we have decided to pay some amount for which we have asked whether there is a REFUND. She has confirmed from her Manager, Ms. ‘VISISTHA’ that refund is possible if we want to cancel the coverage.

After listening to her we have decided to pay 1000Rs initially for which she did not agree and compile us to pay at-least 3000Rs.
We then agreed to pay 3000Rs. Since she mentioned about REFUND incase if we change our mind, we have paid 3000Rs trusting them.

After discussing at home, On Dec 7th, 2024 - we have decided to ask for refund.
I have called Ms. ‘Yesaswini’ and asked about refund of paid 3000rs. She mentioned that it will take couple of days for refund. I have waited for 2 days and called back her for refund. She started telling it will take Couple of days since then. I have been asking for refund since then which I did not receive yet.
At the end of December month, there are 2 more people who started involving in saying couple more days on the same phone number whenever I made a call - Mr. ‘VENU’ & Mr. ‘SAHIL’.

On Jan 3rd, 2025 - Ms. ‘VISISTHA’ spoke to me and asked me to be polite & wait for couple more days. I am not sure what exactly polite is as I have been waiting for my refund for more than 55 Days and inturn Ras media employees are very rude in picking up the call and blaming me in turn for asking my Refund.

It is 30th Jan, 2025 already but yet I did not receive any refund yet. Ras media Employees - Ms. ‘YESASWINI’, Mr. ‘VENU’, Mr. ‘SAHIL’ & Ms. ‘VISISTHA’ - none of them are picking up my call since 10days. There is no update on the refund process.

I was forced to write an email on the for the refund of my own money for which there is no reply yet.

I am not sure whether this is how customers are treated by reputed RAS MEDIA.

I am not sure about people who gave 5 stars and the treatment they provided.

They are simply attracting people in the name of casting our small Babies. I feel really bad for my baby boy’s first experience into public platform like this. He is just 5months old. I already got fed up calling these people everyday. They are not even picking up the call now.

Hope this review reaches as many parents as possible. Please do not fall into this trap and make your baby & yourself uncomfortable.

They r genuine for one time photo shoot. Not to go for long term contract where they fail miserably as they r not equipped to handle long term contracts. Don’t have regular staffs. Every time new faces with new reasons for not providing opportunities as commmitted.

Don’t waste ur money and time. Children will not get any exposure due to RAS.
